(Most of) these toolchains were built from Gentoo:
	crossdev -s2 \
		--benv "EXTRA_ECONF='--disable-shared --enable-static' EPATCH_EXCLUDE=66_all_binutils-2.18.50.0.2-warn-textrel.patch" \
		<target>
and then stripped down of useless cruft (man pages/etc...).

These are basic C compilers and are useful only for building low level projects
like the Linux kernel, Das U-Boot, etc...
