hotplug of network services doesn't work

Description
hotplug of network services doesn't work so there no network until i start it manually =)

You are referring to the act of plugging a pcmcia card in yes? Or did you mean
a network cable? Or the boot time detection of the network interface?
More specifics are needed here :)
i meant boot time detection of network interfaces as it was on previos revisions of openrc and baselayout2_rc*

Show all udev detected scripts.
This patch simply shows all existing init scripts that udev tries to coldplug, regardless of your config settings. If you apply it, does rc list anything when it boots?

it doesnt show anything
but after i reinstal udev coldplug start working =)
so looks like it was bag due to udev configuration
btw udev uses /lib/rcscripts dir
while openrc /lib/rc

Correct.
If the requested addon exists in /lib/rc/addons then we use that.
If it doesn't exist then try in /lib/rcscripts/addons.
This allows packages to provide baselayout-1 and openrc specific addons.
As the reported bug isn't related to openrc, closing.
