Robbat2's Bash scripts for APC PDU control via SNMP

These are some scripts for various APC managed hardware.

• MasterSwitch
• MasterSwitch VM
• Rackmount PDUs

They allow shell-based control of the hardware, for integration with other systems.

The first versions of these date back to the 128-node Pentium4 cluster installed for the TechBC (later SFU Surrey) research labs in 2002 or 2003
