/etc/init.d/lvm fails lock type1

Description
/etc/init.d/lvm type1 locking needs write access to /var/lock/lvm
but fails because / is not mounted rw
boot runlevel:
....
lvm (before fsck -> / is ro)
fsck
root
...

You should open a bug at http://bugs.gentoo.org against lvm2 and request that the dependency block match the default installed config.
I have my lvm.conf file storing the lock dir in /lib/rc/init.d/lvm.
You can cc me there ( roy@marples.name) if you like where this can be discussed more, but this is not an OpenRC bug.
