Description

As openrc comes with an API that other apps can use to access and mangle the system services, it would be fine to have a pkg-config file which allows developers to use it in an easier way. Also, and it's my specific case, it would allow to generate bindings for languages like Vala and use the methods from the openrc libraries in an application I'm writting. My application intends to be a simple graphical frontend to openrc.
