runscript status should return with non-zero if service is crashed

Description

i'm currently setting up puppet and use it to ensure running services. while this would also be solved by #120 a short-term solution for me would be to let init scripts status function return non-zero if a service is marked as crashed so puppet can pick it up.

thanks, i have backported it to 0.4.3 and commited it to gentoo-x86, just a small note:

runscript.c:588: warning: ‘svc_status’ defined but not used

maybe it can go away now ...
