misc

Miscellaneous random stuff can be found in the /stuff directory. For bootsplash thingies have a look at /stuff/bootsplash.

irssi::nickserv

An irssi script that makes life with NickServ easier. It can automatically set your nick and perform the identification rituals for you. Especially useful if you have a habit of using many ircnets simultaneously and if you are not a big fan of typing a lot just to set your nickname. You can download version 1.1 of the script.

This section contains a list of projects I worked on in the past. The programs here are more or less finished and (hopefully) useable, but they're not being developed anymore. Some of them do not include the sourcecode yet - this will be fixed when I get some free time :)

Pingle v1.02 (en|pl) A game resembling the famous Arkanoid and Poing (Amiga), written completely in x86 assembly, designed to work in DOS. The game has a built-in level editor and a default set of 64 different levels of various degrees of difficulty. To access the level editor one has to enter a password, which is revealed after completing the game. The game is not perfect, it has a few flaws (one of them, as people say, is it being too easy - but IMO it's not true ;)) but still - it's playable and can be quite a lot of fun.
Mastermind v1.2 (pl) A computer version of the well-known game Mastermind. Version 1.2 has an imporoved user interface, a real help system and background music to make trying to find the solution a little easier (or maybe a little more difficult? ;)) The game is written in Delphi and it was one of my first programs made on PC. It's available only in Polish, but if you know the rules, you shouldn't have any problems figuring out what's what :)
Doggie (pl) A simple program that does nothing more than drawing an animation of a cute doggie on the screen. It's written in x86 assembly and it was supposed to be a start (a very bad one ;>) of a game.
Yes-No (en|pl) What does one do when one has no knowledge of the existence of choice.com in DOS? One writes heir own version of the program! In assembly of course (for efficiency reasons ;)). And of course, the program has far less features than choice.com, but what's important, it works! ;>
Mastermind v3.1 (pl) Yet another version of Mastermind? Yes, but this time it's for Amiga! The archive contains an ADF image file of the game. I comes all the way back from the 1997 when I was an Amiga user and AMOS programmer. There have been more of these games I wrote back then but this is the only one I was able to recover from my old diskettes. The game is in Polish, but as in the case of the PC version -- it shouldn't be hard to find out how to play it. You may want to download UAE if you don't have it already installed and if you want to give Mastermind a try.
The ActiveLearn System (en|pl) Foreign language learning system based on JavaScipt and HTML, designed to be set as a wallpaper in Win 9x. Probably useless.
Sig-Pine v1.0 (en|pl) A simple script that makes it possible to add some random sayings to your .signature file.
BitchX-Cron v1.0.1 (en) With this cute little script you'll be able to add your BitchX sessions to crontab and forget about starting them manually every time the server is rebooted or a nasty admin kills your precious IRC sessions.
Memory Changer (en|pl) This little program changes an entry in an exe file header to make DOS assign more memory to the program stored in this file.
MSOE 5.x "Odp:" Patcher (pl) A simple patch to change the ugly "Odp:" reply-prefix in MS OE 5.x PL to "Re:".
