dibblethewrecker <dibblethewrecker(at)jiwe(dot)org> has done some nice work 
and prepared a splashutils package for Arch Linux. He tells me that all you
people need to know to make use of it, is the following snippet of a config 
file:

[dibble]
Server = http://dtw.jiwe.org/share/pkgs/dibble
