1/2 cup white wine 1/4 cup organic soy sauce 3 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1.3 pound sirloin steak 1. Marinate meat and seasoning overnight in glass pyrex dish in the refrigerator, turning 2 or 3 times. 2. Preheat broiler on high. 3. Broil sauce and meat for approximately 1 hour turning each side every 15 minutes for medium rare, keep broiling on low for 45 minutes or until ready. 4. Garnish with salad.
