Netboot Images

Below, are netboot images for booting Lemote systems compatible with the Fuloong desktop computer based on the Loongson 2E processor.

These may be used on their own to provide a minimalist install environment, or with the LiveUSB images for a complete live desktop.

To boot, place on a TFTP server, power up the Lemote system, press DELETE, then at the PMON prompt, enter:

PMON> ifaddr rtl0 lemote_box_ip_addr # (e.g. 10.0.0.8)
PMON> load tftp://tftp_server_ip_addr/path/to/netboot.image
PMON> g console=tty0

You may also load it from a USB HDD. Place on a EXT2/3 partition (FAT may work too... but parameters will be slightly different), then like above, enter the PROM console and run:

PMON> load /dev/fs/ext2@usb0/path/to/netboot.image
PMON> g console=tty0
