1. Keys in handbook-$arch.xml files
- No longer need paths to point releases. Update paths to install media on the
  mirrors. See /main/en/where.xml
- Kernel versions will change fairly rapidly with the autobuilds
- Monitor ISO/stage size, or maybe just discard keeping this information, which
  is already in where.xml. Use a range of MB, perhaps.
- Recommended CFLAGS for gcc 4.3. Update list, like C2D, -march=native. see
  gcc-optimization.xml

- Also need to redo PROFILE INSTRUCTIONS.

2. Various renames that have happened now that there are no more point releases.

3. Handbook restructuring proposal.
- current-networkless/ ? current-networked/ ? handbook/offline/ ?
- There's no longer a need to keep a specific networkless revision, not even as
  an archive, as the old media files aren't preserved past a certain point.
