This page is available <uri link="index.xml.en">in English</uri> and <uri

content negotiation, which automatically selects the version indicated in
browser preferences, but unfortunately Gentoo infra does not often find
time or will to configure apache properly (see <uri
link="http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92372">gentoo bug 92372</uri>)
so you will need to just use those links.

<p>Here’s a short list of contact methods:</p>

<ul>
  <li>
    <mail link="flammie@gentoo.org">flammie@gentoo.org</mail> via email

  <li>
    <uri link="irc://ircnet/Flammie,isnick">Flammie@IRCNet</uri>,

The list is in order of preference somewhat. You will find that mail is best
way to get certain response. Messages sent via IRC might at times get missed,
and other IM’s are unreliable in general.

<p>
I maintain package repository for Gentoo called <uri

contains Finnish spell checking, speech synthesis and stuff.

<p>
This is a set of packages I use a lot in my studies and research at university.
As of December 2007 they are part of
<uri link="http://overlays.gentoo.org/proj/finnish/">Science overlay</uri>.
There is an obsolete-ish page about the “project” in my webspace here:

<title>Resources</title>
<body>

<p>
If you wish to participate in Finnish translations, ther is a page describing
<uri link="tyyliopas.xml.fi">translation style in Finnish</uri>.
It focuses around some decisions made in
Gentoo documentation’s Finnish translations, such as: how to translate
program names and paths, different lists and tables, format of headers
and so on.
</p>

<p>
Also, if you are interested in aiding in Finnish translations, you will
want to know all about how things are done with Gentoo documentations,
for that, browse through <uri
 link="http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/?catid=gentoodev">Gentoo developers’
documentation</uri> and specifically <uri
 link="http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/?catid=project#chap2_sect3">Documentation
project specific part of project docs</uri>.
</p>

<p>
Announcing translations and handling feedback is done on mailing list
<mail>gentoo-doc-fi@gentoo.org</mail>.
Finished translations must also be uploaded to Gentoo’s <uri
 link="https://bugs.gentoo.org/">bugzilla</uri>, prefarably using a

keep their work up-to-date with original version, this can be easily done using

English docs are supposedly announced.
