Here's one:

Absence of whole QA team and thus lack of official QA management in
Gentoo for quite a while. At least I haven't seen anyone from QA team
doing work with the QA hat on lately.
bonsaikitten jumped into the gap but is no "official" QA team member.
Suggestion to add him to the team.
