Awesome to see it coming together. Let's encourage this. Thanks to 
Tiziano for starting it off!

DB: I want to make it clear that I only want to give final approval to 
EAPIs that already have implementations in Portage.

Goal: Answer this -- What's next? (probably for Tiziano).

Proposed action: Tiziano sends a specific list of features to council. 
Council can then approve this as a draft. It won't be approved as a 
final EAPI until it's implemented in at least Portage and preferably 2 
package managers.


Overlay Masking in Repositories

What, if anything, should we do here? I looked over the discussion on 
-dev and it wasn't entirely clear to me what needed to happen next.

Mart: Do you need to respond to any of the questions on the -dev thread? 
I know you were away for a while.

Goal: Answer this -- What needs to happen next?

Action: Mart needs to finish reading the overlay masking in repos thread 
and start replying on things that are unclear or not discussed or 
whatever. He can do that by this Saturday.


GLEP 54
------

This update was posted late, on Monday rather than last Thursday.

DB: I'm not sure how "real" and "technical" have come to mean the same 
thing regarding objections.

DB: This doesn't go anywhere near as far as the example I provided 
(which Alec wrote) at 
http://dev.gentoo.org/~antarus/projects/gleps/glep-0055.html in defining 
a set of requirements and comparing how the proposals meet those 
requirements.

Goal: Answer this -- what do council members need to let them make a 
decision?

Anti-Goal: Discussion about GLEP 54 that takes up more than 10 minutes


GLEP 55
------

Never got the updated writeup from Tiziano & Alec. Never saw benchmarks 
posted from Petteri, Zac, or Ciaran. In other words, we're totally 
blocked on this.

Goal: Answer these questions -- Why aren't these things done yet, and 
what can we do to encourage them to happen?

Anti-Goal: Discussion about GLEP 55 that takes up more than 10 minutes
